VOLCANO COOKIES GLUTEN-FREE
MAKES 2 DOZEN COOKIES.
1 pound powdered sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
4 egg whites
1 tbs vanilla
1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets, coat with cooking spray. In bowl, whisk powdered sugar, cocoa and salt. Add egg whites and vanilla, beat until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. *DROP dough by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 15 min. or until crackly. Let cool on cookie sheets 3 min. then SERVE & ENJOY...
