[SimplifyMe] Pico-de-Gallo Salsa with {Asparagus}

 

PICO-DE-GALLO SALSA WITH ASPARAGUS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.

1 pound asparagus spears, ends trimmed
1 lemon, zested, juiced
2 tsp oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 cup chunky pico de gallo salsa

Heat grill. In bowl, toss asparagus with 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp lemon zest, oil, and soy sauce. Arrange asparagus on grill. Cook until asparagus is slightly tender. Arrange asparagus on platter. Season with salt and pepper. SERVE WITH PICO DE GALLO SALSA & ENJOY...
