FISH VEGGIE TOASTS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1 1/2 tbs Dijon mustard
1/2 tbs honey
3/4 tsp red wine vinegar
2 tbs chopped dill
6 slices bread, toasted, halved
1/3 cup sour cream
12 slices smoked salmon
1 cucumber, shaved into 12 ribbons
In bowl, whisk mustard, honey, vinegar and 1 tbs dill. Top toasts with sauce and next 3 ingredients, garnish with remaining dill. SERVE & ENJOY...
