BERRY BUTTER POPOVERS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
2/3 cup half and half
2/3 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tbs plus 1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup diced strawberries
1 stick butter
In bowl, whisk first 4 ingredients and 1 tbs sugar, transfer to greased 24 cup mini muffin pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 min. In blender, puree remaining ingredients. SERVE with popovers & ENJOY...
