CHEESE HERB SPREAD
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
2 tbs walnuts
2 tbs chopped parsley
2 tbs chopped chives
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
8 oz pkg cream cheese
Place walnuts, parsley and chives in bowl of a food processor, process until chopped. Place herb mixture in a bowl, stir in blue cheese. Set aside. Place cream cheese in bowl of processor, process until smooth. Add herb mixture to cream cheese, process until blended. SERVE at room temp, great on bread, crackers or as a sandwich filling & ENJOY...
