VEGETABLE PASTA SOUP
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
24 oz jar spaghetti sauce
16 oz pkg frozen vegetables
15 oz can cannellini beans, drained
14.25 oz can chicken broth
1/2 pound potatoes, quartered
1 cup water
1/3 cup orzo pasta
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp thyme
Saute pepper and onion in oil in a pot until tender. Add garlic, cook 1 min. longer. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, simmer until potatoes and pasta are tender, then SERVE...
