I know this is a very long shot but - I really need an old fashioned camcorder that will play Hi8 cassettes. I have a lot of cassettes with old video footage of family and friends that I have lost over the years, plus very precious footage of my first grandchild as a baby, who I haven't seen since he was 3. As you can imagine, I dont want to lose these memories but my old Sony camcorder has been lost. I really need the leads that enable me to link the camcorder to the tv as well, from where I can then record onto a dvd. Once I have used it for this purpose I am willing to pass it on through freecyle. Thanks so much for reading.
