CREAMY HAM CASSEROLE
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
8 oz wide egg noodles
3 cups cubed cooked ham
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 tsp garlic herb seasoning blend
10 oz carton original cooking creme
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup low fat milk
10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
COOK noodles according to package directions. Combine ham, soup, cooking creme, milk and seasonings in a bowl. Drain noodles, add to ham mixture, mix well. Transfer to a baking dish coated with cooking spray, sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 min. or until heated through, then SERVE...
