1. 7 seater wooden black sofa set. ( one 3 seater and 4 single seaters, take as
one set)

2. 1 three door two drawer cupboard. Drawers might need repairing a bit. Black
and gray.
3. 1 two door cupboard, two small extra doors and two drawers, plus mirror,
black and gray.
4. 1 super single bed mattress used plus with bed frame and thinner mattress as
well.
5. black wooden coffee table, take as set with sofa or as one item on its own.
6. 1 TV console, good condition, only some parts like edges need slight black
paint job. Comes with a few accessories to display. Take as a set.
7. 1 hi-fi stereo surround system 3 in 1 player. Cd, tape and radio. Cd player
can put in 3 cds at one time but one not working i think. But everything else
great.

8. 1 21 inch Philips TV. Only the old cables input connection loose ,must get
new cable and fix.

9. 6 chaired dining table. Table can be round or pulled out longer into oblong
shape. Chairs abit loose on screws must tighten or repair slightly so you can
take the table separately or as a set.

10. 1 wooden three layered bookshelf cupboard with two small doors below. Light
brown.

11. 1 used Queen sized mattress alone

Please remember all items are used, so pls dun be fussy as you can still use
them temporarily for another couple of years or longer.
We are moving out so we are clearing out.You may reserve now but collection must
be made by end of this week.
