i know this is a long shot but is there any chance that there is someone out there with a working wheelchair , i need to take my mum in to cardiff this week but dont have a wheelchair , she only a small woman so would be ideal for a small women , she under 5 ft and only 9 stone , so she will look abit lost in one of them huge ones lol ,
