They are not matching.
One is from Ikea and has a burnt orange coloured shade with a matte olive base which is supposed to resemble a stone. A bit far-Eastern-y looking.
The other is a faux antique lamp with an ornate dark cream base, green silky shade with a bit of flowered embroidery and beaded tassels coming down from the shade.
Both work just fine.
