1. Japanese Style ceiling light - made of wood and glass, square shape, in good working condition. Have options for florescent light and incandescent light by turning off and on again, and it would switch to the other light option of both light options.
2. A box of pre-loved books including:
- my dad's older copies of Reader's Digest from 1998, 1999 and 2000 (around this period).
- some old Newsweek and National Geographic magazines
- some old Mills & Boons romance novels
3. Decorative "license" plate from Florida with name "Monica"
4. A Clay Plaque with Christian saying (till in its original box)
