I'm taking on the 3 highest mountains of Wales, Scotland and England
within 24 hours for charity but have realised I'm excessively unfit. I
can't afford to join a gym, but it would be great to have be able to hop
on a treadmill or cross trainer (or even an exercise bike) after work
each night and get in shape for this. Hillwalking a tthe weekends isn't
cutting it for full prep. :) Hope someone can help.
