These cards were printed for a company I had quite a few years ago and measure 13.5 x 13.5 cm folded card so the flat pack cards are 27mm x 13.5mm at the moment. They are printed with a circular message reading - "to be born welsh is to be born privileged, not with a silver spoon in your mouth but with music in your heart and poetry in your soul" and feature a dragon holding a baby in its mouth - as a stork would but it is a dragon. These cards are printed on excellent quality cream card and also printed on the bottom of the back is the name of the Company which is now no longer in existence.
The polypockets are for protecting new cards and measure 21.5 x 11.5 cm, there are a few hundred of those also.
