| ROASTED JALAPENO PUREE Makes 1/2 cup. 5 jalapeno chiles, quartered, seeded Roast chiles at 450° turning once until soft 18 min. Puree in a food processor or blender with 6 tbs water. Drizzle over scrambled eggs, stir into mayo for a sandwich spread, fold into mac and cheese or add a dash to margaritas. This is a fiery mix in for a lot of dishes. ENJOY! |
