| SLICED STEAK SOFT TACO SLIDERS WITH GUACA SALSA Makes 8 servings. STEAKS: 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning or salt and pepper Vegetable oil 2 tsp chili powder 4 small steaks SAUCE: A few sprigs thyme A small handful cilantro or parsley leaves 2 tsp honey or a sprinkle sugar or Splenda 2 tomatillos or tomatoes, peeled, coarsely chopped 1 clove garlic, peeled 1 avocado, flesh scooped from skin A small handful mint leaves A sprinkle salt 1/2 small onion, coarsely chopped 1 jalapeno chile pepper, seeded, coarsely chopped 2 limes, juiced TACOS: 8 flour tortillas Heat an outdoor grill or grill pan. Rub steaks with oil, chile powder and steak seasoning. Grill steaks tented loosely with foil turning once until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest. Spray tortillas with cooking spray and char for a few seconds on each side on grill.
