TROPICAL VINAIGRETTE                       Makes 3/4 cup. 3/4 cup cubed pineapple 1 kiwi, peeled, quartered 1/4 cup lime juice 10 mint leaves 1 tsp sugar or Splenda 3/4 tsp salt 2 tbs olive or vegetable oil Blend all but oil until smooth. Drizzle in oil with machine on, then drizzle on salad and SERVE...
